Jordan Amann is the General Director’s Associate at San Francisco Opera. Originally from Winter Park, FL, she moved to San Francisco to pursue a master’s degree at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and immediately fell in love with the city and its thriving arts and culture scene. She has been singing all her life, and after earning two degrees in classical voice, and singing many operatic and musical theater performances, she began a career in arts administration where she now also enjoys bringing theater magic to life from behind the scenes. Jordan has a passion for arts advocacy and connecting communities through art, and believes deeply in the mission of SFBATCO to support and cultivate local artists and storytellers. She is very proud to serve on the SFBATCO board of directors.

Clayton Shelvin is a performing arts administrator and fundraising professional with over 10 years of experience in driving organizational change in the non-profit sector. Clayton’s work is rooted in equity, community partnership, and social justice. Clayton is currently the Managing Director Freight & Salvage, a 57-year-old music organization based in Berkeley, CA. Before that, he served as Director of Development at Alonzo King LINES Ballet and previously in the same role at TheatreWorks Silicon Valley during its major leadership transition and the COVID-19 pandemic.

 Before moving to the Bay Area, he served as Director of Performing Arts at the Acadiana Center for the Arts where he booked and developed a season of music, theatre, dance, and film, along with created music-based programming like AcA NXT , a program geared towards mentoring and promoting up-and-coming local musicians. He also worked as Associate Producer at Le Petit Theatre, a 106-year old cultural institution in New Orleans. Clayton has worked as a fundraising consultant for several organizations across the country, focusing on rebuilding and designing fundraising strategies, implementing a culture of philanthropy throughout their day-to-day work, and refocusing their foundation and corporate strategies.

In addition to his work as an arts administrator, he has worked over the past 15 years as a freelance theatre director and choreographer and is currently writing his first full-length stage musical.He has served on various boards including the New Orleans Shakespeare Festival, No Dream Deferred, and the Ashe Cultural Arts Center. Clayton hails from New Orleans, LA and is a proud Ragin Cajun graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s performing arts program. His career has been deeply influenced by the local musicians and artists that he encountered throughout Louisiana. He resides in San Francisco and has a 7-year-old daughter.

Judith McRae, is originally from the Boston area, but has lived in San Francisco since 1978. After retiring from a successful career as a technology executive at Schwab for over 25+ years, she now spends most of her time painting, making jewelry, playing the piano and helping nonprofits and small businesses create and implement technology strategies. Judith is honored to be on the board of SFBATCO and committed to being an active advocate of the organization’s mission and goals.

Maddie Vilhauer was born and raised in San Francisco, where she developed a love of theatre and embraced her flair for the dramatic from a young age. Maddie now leads development and communications at Horizons at SFFS, an out-of-school time learning program in the Mission. She believes in the power of storytelling and the importance of lifting up BIPOC voices for a more just world. As a former theatre kid at Lowell High School, a long-time performing arts camper and staff at Camp Winnarainbow, and a member of the Generic Theatre Company at the George Washington University, she's thrilled to bring her passion for the performing arts - and equitable access to them - to SFBATCO's board.

Lillian is an arts enthusiast. She received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Her professional life includes 15 years as IT/project manager at Andersen Consulting and Gap, Inc. Raising 3 children in the SF public schools sparked her interest in the public schools and arts. She was Art Coordinator for 10 years at Alamo Elementary School and coordinated with SFBallet, SFAEP, PAW, California Poets in the Schools, Cal Shakespeare, SF Symphony and independent dance, music and art contractors. She has served on the School Site Councils, Parents for Public Schools, PTAs and SCRAP Boards. She attends as many theater, dance and music events as possible. Lillian is proud to be a part of the SFBATCO team.

Brian has more than 20 years experience as a business executive helping to launch and grow software companies. When not working with entrepreneurs, he spends his time with his wife and two teenage sons and loves to spend time in the mountains and outdoors, whether it's hiking, skiing or training for an occasional triathlon.

Brian spent much of his childhood involved in music and theater. In college, he was a cast member of the Mask & Wig Club of the University of Pennsylvania, the nation’s oldest all-male musical comedy troupe. Being a Board member is his way to help promote the incredible value of the performing arts. Brian is passionate about SFBATCO’s mission to make performing arts more accessible to everyone in the community.

Sirron Norris, who graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1997, began his art career in San Francisco. He is well-known for his public art contributions and has received Artist in Residence programs at de Young Fine Art Museum and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. He has also contributed his artistic talents to the pediatric emergency rooms at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. Additionally, Norris has experience in multimedia, television, film, and illustration, having served as the lead artist on "Bob's Burgers" for Fox Network. Today, he runs a studio and gallery in San Francisco's Mission district, where he teaches cartooning and animation.

Jordan Macks Wilson is a fifth-generation San Franciscan and serves as Director of Communications and Public Affairs for Bay FC, the Bay Area’s professional women’s soccer team in the National Women’s Soccer League. He also serves as a Neighborhood Representative on the San Francisco Entertainment Commission. Previously, Jordan worked for the City and County of San Francisco as both a policy advisor and communications aide in the Mayor’s Office and the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development. A graduate of San Francisco Unified School District, he serves on the boards of the George Washington High School Alumni Association and San Francisco Achievers, a scholarship program supporting African American males across SFUSD. Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Redlands and a Master’s in Public Policy from Duke University, where his work focused on expanding career technical education pathways for San Francisco students.

Ebby Abraham is a strategic legal counsel and community leader who specializes in helping organizations stay calm, aligned, and mission-driven in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. At Apple and formerly Google, he guides large cross-functional teams through complex decisions with clarity, grounded judgment, and warm humor. Despite having no artistic talents of his own, he maintains a dedicated following for his Bollywood playlist and remains a loyal fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Mavericks, and Manchester United, proving his lifelong commitment to patience and optimism.

Harmony Palmer has a professional background spanning accounting, product operations, and technical program management. Outside of work, she loves exploring SF in search of great food, e-biking her daughter to school, and hosting dinner parties. Harmony is thrilled to join SFBATCO to continue strengthening San Francisco’s arts community.

Brian Fenwick is a seasoned leader and dedicated advocate for the performing arts, bringing strategic, organizational, and community-focused expertise to the Board of SFBATCO. With a professional background in both performing arts as well as hospitality and asset management, currently serving as the Managing Director for The Marker and Tratto in Union Square, Brian combines business acumen with a deep appreciation for storytelling and creative expression. He also served as a Board Member at Theatre West in Los Angeles contributing governance insight and strategic leadership in support of artistic excellence, new work development, and community-centered theatre.

Rodney is a Co-Founder of SFBATCO. He made his Broadway debut in “The Book of Mormon” and was last seen at American Conservatory Theatre in the West Coast premiere of “Toni Stone”. Prior to that he traveled North America in the first national tour of “Motown: The Musical.”

A San Francisco native who built his love and foundation for art and theatre in public city organizations such as SFartsEd, San Francisco Recreation and Park’s Young People’s Teen Musical Theater Company, and the Ruth Asawa San Francisco School of the Arts’ where he graduated from the theatre department. He is now the Artistic Director and Co-Founder of the San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Company.

Adam was born and raised in San Francisco, where he attended Rooftop Alternative and Ruth Asawa San Francisco School of the Arts. Adam grew up performing with SFArtsEd under Emily Keeler and Danny Duncan, where he met Rodney and Marcelo. Adam has performed Off-Broadway and regionally across the country; he has directed both original and established works; and he has served as an Associate Producer with Mile Square Theatre and En Garde Arts. Adam is currently pursuing his Master's of Fine Arts in Theatre Management and Producing from Columbia University, expected May 2022. He is thrilled to be back home and working to enrich the dynamic theatre community in the Bay Area.
