The Young Actors Lab is a FREE pre-professional Acting program for students of all experience levels. The Young Actors Lab is part of the Mission Academy of the Arts at the Brava Theater Center and programming is led by SFBATCO.

Synopsis of She Kills Monsters: When average Agnes loses her family in a car crash, her little sister’s old D&D journal becomes the key to reconnecting with her sister and herself.

About the Director: Nicole Apostol Bruno is a Bay Area–based theatre artist, working across the mediums of movement, puppetry, performance, and writing. Nicole has worked in both professional and educational theatre for the last nine years.In professional theatre, Nicole has collaborated with companies such as Marin Theatre Company, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Z Space, and SFBATCO. As an educator, they have worked with programs including the Urban School of San Francisco, the Southeast Asian Development Center, and through partnerships with SFUSD.Nicole holds a BFA in Theater from Southern Oregon University.
